Looking Ahead

The North Cross United Methodist Church building has served our congregation and the community quite well over the years. The year 2008 finally marked the end of the indebtedness incurred to build our current sanctuary; however, at times this obligation has meant that the maintenance of older portions of the church had to be addressed only as needed, and in some cases resulted in delaying any repairs at all. The Look Ahead study, assisted by The Friends of Sacred Structures, evaluated the current condition of our entire facility to determine what was most needed to bring the building up-to-date. The result was a list of items needing rather urgent attention. Now is the time for us to move boldly forward, working together at "Building on our Past while Charting our Future."
